To prove to apple-joe that I'm still working on recent things, besides the old stuff :
I was invited to participate in a manifestation of some university nearby concerning the aspects of insects.
So I gathered samples of insect-sound, and made a first piece out of a single chirp of a cricket :

Result is a hybrid one, partially tracker-based with samples extracted from chirp, partially multi-track mixing.
In the end I presented a stretched version of this file at half speed/frequency , 5:40.

Very interesting. It was about to become really interesting around 2:00-2:30, then it was suddenly over.
