How do I choose an Instrument?

Hello! I'm new to OpenMPT. I love how functional it is and the aesthetics. I been googling long for this and I did read almost everything related to MIDI and/or Instruments but couldn't find the solution.

Well I have a MIDI wich originally is played with "Grand Piano" Instrument (The default one i think). I did a new instrument with custom samples but doesn't matter what I do when I switch to that instrument it doesnt changes, just stills with the Default Piano one.

PS: Also how I can set an Instrument for every channel?

(Im not using any pluggin or VSTI)

Any hint? Thanks in advance!

I found how, I forgot to right click select all and change instrument. Sorry for such a newbie question. Thanks anyway
