[Pop] Coco Intro Remix
« on: March 08, 2019, 06:01:48 »
I wasn't sure what to categorize this, but I figured I can't go wrong with Pop.

Anyway, back in September, I remixed Markus Müller's C64 song "Coco Intro" using only OpenMPT's default samples. The vibrato is just recently added. In my opinion, it sounds much better than the original, even though I removed the arpeggio effect.

Also, the original song for comparison:

Practical hint: You should lower the sample volume (on the general tab) to 26 to avoid the mix being clipped. Right now it's going way past 0dB.

Just did that, and it sounds way better already. Thanks for the tip!
