OpenMPT to Famitracker converter

MPT2FTM is a super basic command line converter of OpenMPT patterns to a Famitracker module in .txt format. What's converted are notes, note releases, instrument numbers, volumes, and row delays. This utility is mostly intended for converting live MIDI recordings to Famitracker usable data, and is thus a bit skimpy on features. However, a few updates are planned to increase functionality (for instance, being able to convert from formats other than .it and .mptm). In the meantime, enjoy!
