Is there a way to toggle the Record-Select status of individual channels using only the keyboard?  If not, I will post a request for such a shortcut on the issue tracker, but I wanted to make sure that it didn't already exist.

The shortcut names are "Channel Record Select" (Ctrl+1) respectively "Channel Split Record Select" (Ctrl+2) for the main respectively split record group.
(Hint: Using the find box in the keyboard manager can often be very helpful :) )

LOL yes and reading through the default list of shortcuts in the manual which I updated myself might also be helpful.
