Should I submit a crash to the issue tracker?

Title says it all.  MPT crashed while saving a file; threw a whole fit of a message and spat out a dump file.  Fortunately the crash recovery saved a file that only had a few random errors here and there (missing note here, wrong instrument there) so I was able to recover easily, but still, should I put the dump file on the issue tracker?  Make a thread here?

It's a bug, so it goes on the issue tracker. Zip the dump file, add it as an attachment and try to give a clear description of what you have been doing (things like using large samples, running low on disk space, whatever...)
