would it be possible, that when you put vst effects on a specific channel, that the effects would be added to the vst fx chain allready on the instrument playing in that channel?

and therefore that vst effect not be active on that instrument, when that instrument is playing in another channel?

No, plugin routing cannot be split up like that. Either a plugin is to the complete output of another plugin or not at all.
