Old mousewheel behavior

I found the
request
of Harbinger with a plus. As I have tested, I'm more attached to the old behavior, so here's the question: is there a way to be able choosing on how is managed by OpenMPT?
For example, that you can scroll controls only while mouse pointer is above of them. Is this possible?

The new behaviour is hardcoded in the resource file. I don't know how the old behaviour could be restored with code, but it would have to be done for every single input box, and it would be a lot of work.

Now I know what it's about, so I've found a workaround wich I can deal with no other issues.
