Composed during the beginning of the summer holidays of 2011 in a little under a week as a result of having pretty much nothing to do.

This is another Italo Disco track trying to stay as faithful to the 80s genre as it possibly could. Again it was taken a bit further when it comes to post-processing, but the sound sources are still the good old 80s synthesizers.

Despite being composed in quite a short time, the track is more complicated than it might seem at the first glance, which is only good.

I'm quite satisfied with the result, it's a nice and relaxing Italo piece.

That's about it, time to return to the present...

Notes as i'm listening:

Reminded of 80s sensibilities with basic stereo imaging, primitive subtractive synthesis, and well-transitioned sections. Our composer understands and puts to practice a fine mid-level instrumental progression. The chord progressions could use a little variety, even for one bridge, but academically sound and studied. To bring it more up-to-date, introduce some timbral progression to some of your instruments, and let loose of the Kick-Snare-HH combo for a few more bars. Well-produced, but elementary. I see a better exposition of our colleague's compositional talents, and i intend to keep this in the rotation at home...

Thanks for listening! I'm happy that it sounds like 80s, that was the aim after all. Looking back, you're right about the chord progressions, and especially the Kick-Snare combo is somehow annoying as I listen to it now. I'll focus on this next time.
