Aha, I hear a Paul Stretch here.
By the way, I have found how to use it WITHOUT getting a typical Paul Stretch sound. In fact, it's all about source material. If you use it on beatless material and on something stringy, it can do wonders without giving itself out.

But back to the composition now.
It is not very spooky, I don't know if it intended to be. It seemed to me more of an industrial story - metal things, loneliness, absence of warmth, perhaps an evening, perhaps an empty uninviting city with empty streets, high empty buildings and industrial construction sites.
I did like the dynamics, the track is so not flat it does give you chills down your spine =)
The last part with detuning or micro-tunings, after 29:00, does seem like a graveyard, at least to me.

Anyway, a nice journey.

I must be getting better because the entire piece is microtonal :-)

I stretched http://chrisvaisvil.com/?p=298 piece of music.

And I recommend the AXiS 49 - it presents a totally different way to produce music.

I gotta run - will type later - thanks for the listen as always.
