B - I haven't done many of them because I'm sadly a bit rubbish at it, but I have done UT maps. The only one that's currently online is Freezerburn, at http://nalicity.beyondunreal.com/map_hub.php?mid=2870

A - I am, and it's at http://www.create-games.com (if the server is in a good mood today).
