nah, blogs aren't for me, im too lazy to keep even myself updated, what is happening around me, not to speak about the people. =)

I had misread your introduction however, it was very entertaining at first:
QuoteMusician, music terrorist, soundscape composer.

I'm as calm as a synth without a player.  (Sam_Zen)

First of all, Twitter is proprietary (hehehe) while Identi software is under AGPL and the content is under Creative Commons. So it sort of appeals to me.
Second, I liked it.

Twitter is a website. How can it be proprietary?!
I don't give out the sourcecode for my website. Is it proprietary?

Yes, of course it can. Please, read this up, I will not go into explanations here (no offense meant, I just don't have the time)

Anyway, I managed to set up a feed to my own website, so now I can broadcast the microblog there. You can so this too! =)
