I'm not sure what will happen to movements 2,3 and 4 - they are not as inspired as the first movement.

Nahkranoth

Interesting piece! I wonder how it will sound if played on some vintage synth. Now off to listen the 2nd movement :D

I will be glad to oblige your thought - any type of sound in mind?

Nahkranoth

I'm thinking of minimoog actually :D Something Tarkus-like.

Tarkus?

Isn't battle scenes a little over the top for this one???

I mean the sound of minimoog like on ELP's "Tarkus" :D

battle is what the programmatic portion of the ELP Tarkus album is about.

the story is of a battle mech that wins until it is destroyed

also there are quite a lot of songs on tarkus - and one called tarkus I believe - so which one?

its one of my favorite albums.

Not quite sure, but I had in mind some bread&butter sound, just what you think MM should sound like  Something like in Wendy Carlos' "Brandenbourg Concerto - Allegro" should be ok :)
But here's another thought (why I havent got it earlier?): ...drumroll... ... ....Hammond organ!
How 'bout that, clones?

uncloned

Hammond is doable. The sustain pedal marks will have to be removed.

Oh, i love the piano stuff so much, this one was really enjoyable too.
I'm as calm as a synth without a player.  (Sam_Zen)
