Description of the bug: I've noticed that a couple of VSTs that I have on my computer seem to exhibit strange behaviour when I try to bounce tracks using them to waves or mp3s. In particular:

  • Fruity Delay (VST) loses its tempo sync
  • MDA DX10 & MDA JX10 (VSTis) play out of tune
My workaround at the moment isn't very elegant: I use a loopback input on my soundcard... Not nice. And quite slow.

How often does it happen?: Every time I bounce to wave.

How to reproduce (step by step description):
[list=1]
  • Write a track using one of the plugs above.
  • Export it to a wave or mp3. =)
    [/list:o]

Can you also test if this works with the latest beta build? For all we know this is fixed already and are we looking to a non-existing bug :)
"Heh, maybe I should've joined the compo only because it would've meant I wouldn't have had to worry about a damn EQ or compressor for a change. " - Atlantis
"yes.. I think in this case it was wishful thinking: MPT is makng my life hard so it must be wrong" - Rewbs

right, that one's fixed, but this one '(think it's sort of related) still occurs:
