Midi Sound Bank

Where is the midi sound bank again? I see that the forum was cleaned, so that post is gone. I remember that it was in a Windows directory, but I cannot remember past that point. OK, I remember the directory as System32 now. I still cannot recall which file it was though. Maybe if I look at them it will jog my memory. And maybe not too. Why is the sound bank (which ever one it was) is not in the program by default when it is installed? That seems quite weird.
