Has the bug occured in previous versions? If yes, please specify version(s): (This option is optional, and doesn't need research. But in case you know...)

Description of the bug:
Lxx should not affect the panning envelope. I think this, together with the 0xx note limit fix (as soon as I've coded it :P) should be enabled through a "more FT2-compatible playback" flag.
