.43 Up-Scrolling Issue

Whenever i try to scoll up by holding the up-arrow it doesnt work. down works ok but not up, weird...
No two people are not on fire...AWWW!

I have closed this one. Its not a bug, but a configuration error. Fix is in S-G-F's post.
