Questions about effects (What are the names of?)

LMFAO. Sorry, I just listened to that pattern dry. What settings did you use on GSnap?

Apparently VST harmonizers are somewhat rare. When I searched there were lots of discussions about this. The three names I was able to come up with are:

Akai DecaBuddy - According to what I found was one of the first, but has been discontinued and is a bit outdated.
Steinberg Voice Machine - Also discontinued I think, but not quite as outdated.
Waves Ultrapitch - Apparently not quite a harmonizer, but has some similar functions.
Unfortunately, none of these are free, but there might be demos if you're interested in giving them a try.

GSnap seems to be a very nice tool. Thanx.

Autotune. Maybe the same as the module, in the analog world, called a 'Quantizer'.

You can hear the effect on a voice using a harmonizer on the album "Freeze Frame" by Godley and Creme in the second track called "Random Brainwave".

I think they were. You need to add GSnap to OpenMPT before loading the song. That plugin is pretty nifty!
