Where are there other forums more specifically for tracking?

Um. You mean active forums where people talk about trackers (and those are music programms, not scooters)? Nowhere. As far as I know.

I think all pieces of tracking software probably have their own forums, and there's also united trackers  and the mod archive. Not very active tho.
