[imp] Simple (OGG) analog
« on: July 26, 2006, 01:04:13 »
This is not tracker-based, so it could be considered off-topic, but this is at least tracker-related.
Simple is a realtime recorded version, made with my analog synth.
Most of things happening the same as with a tracker :
- A running sequencer, repeating patterns of data. Depending on clock-speed.
- Sequencer can produce percussive and tonal patterns to create a rhythm and/or base tone background.
- Option to add realtime sound/solo to the running background.
But analog can't reproduce exactly the same output the next performance. So it's always a snapshot.

As a matter of fact, this is the simpliest work I have ever heard from you. Compared with the rest, we can even say that it is "commercial". It sounds like some kind of ambient music for something. Nice to hear.

Pleased with the compliment. It proves my choice to call it 'simple'.
The basic situation where electronics can be the source of repetitive sounds and realtime sounds as well.
