Fade Channel Audio Between Front and Rear Channels

Is there a way to fade channel audio between front and rear audio channels (for 5-channel or 7-channel setups)? I looked at the General tab, the list of effects in the Note Properties dialog, and the settings. I did not see such a function. Perhaps a plugin is required for performing that function.

No, you will have to do it yourself, e.g. by having two copies of the channel, one front channel, one back channel, and then e.g. fade the front channel out and the back channel in.
