I've been using it for many years so the answer is "yes". Which part exactly are you struggling with, and is it just generally not knowing how to use plugins or is there a problem with this specific plugin for you?

i tried with the midi input thing, but idk how that works, any help?

You need to add the M1 plugin DLL to the list of known plugins in the Plugin Manager. After that you can add as many instances of the plugin to your module as you like.

Many instruments come in two flavours - plugin (DLL) and standalone (EXE). The latter is only useful if you want to use the synthesizer on its own outside of OpenMPT or other plugin hosts.
