Unvisible play cursor line
« on: February 03, 2021, 19:23:02 »
Hi,
at high pattern speeds and follow song option off, play cursor line is unvisible, any options to make it visible?

If there was an option for this, it would always be on. This cannot happen without rewriting most of the pattern drawing code.

You can try setting [Pattern Editor]AlwaysDrawWholePatternOnScrollSlow to 1 (see https://wiki.openmpt.org/Manual:_Hidden_Settings#.5BPattern_Editor.5D). This might help, but it will cost performance.

That won't help with follow song being disabled, as there will be no scrolling involved.

True. I obviously shouldn't read the forum half asleep.

Still, overall behavior seems quite odd with follow song off.  ???
