Can anyone name this instrument?

Can anyone name this instrument?:-

Or combination of instruments, I guess.  A small light cymbal along with some exotic (oriental) stringed instrument.  I have no idea how to even begin searching for its name.
I've been going through this website over and over, to increase my 'vocabulary' of real instruments, hoping to find it:-

Groovy.  Coincidentally, this instrument is not on that website.  Not that I could find.
It's an incredibly distinct sounding instrument and it's great to finally figure it out.
