download_externals.cmd doesn't work for me.

I wanted to compile OpenMPT UTF-8 x86 with all the necessary external software present (ASIO SDK etc.), but I hit a snag when I tried to run the download_externals.cmd script. No matter how much I tried, it returns an error. Is there something to do with my system or the script?

After pressing Enter at the first prompt, it returns "system cannot find specified path".

The first thing started after the prompt would be powershell.

Side note: You should be using OpenMPT.sln, not OpenMPT-UTF-8.sln. The latter is just used for internal testing, but it is not the same as what is used for the official version, and does not give you any advantages regarding unicode support.
