heard this on a Keygen music module from a keygen music site and apparently The Mod Archive even has it...

It says Saga Musix likes it... and he's a Mod on here...  and apparently this module has been around since 2002...

but what does "118 in 64 and 194" actually mean? I wonder is Saga Musix knows

Songtitle.
No Shit! Sherlock!!

I mean what does the song title mean! odd name for a song title

Saga Musix

It's on The Mod Archive because Reed uploaded it there. Keygens are hardly ever the sources for original music, most crackers are just dumb and rip existing music without giving credit. As for your question...

Quote"The theme melody for this one was originally slightly different. I changed it when I realised I'd stolen it from the Jamiroquai song 'Destitute Illusions' :) Initially the drumset was also weaker, I think the final drum sounds were provided by Tempest. Oh, and for the dumb title: it's 118bpm, 64kb, and... hang on, I've actually forgot what 194 stood for. Oh well."
