was without internet a few weeks, Saga closed my open bugs, how to reopen?

I relocated to a new city and getting internet hooked up was a chore due to the fact DSL would NOT work due to a bad phone line and had to get permission from landlord to rewire the place, three week process... but my emails state that Saga closed my bugs... how do I go about reopening them?

That Saga sure is a mean guy. When I close an issue, it means that I've had my last word on this issue and I won't accept any further discussions about it.
