questions about tempo

could it be possible to:

- synchronize the tempo of all the instruments at the same time
- adjust the tempo to 0.1 bpm
- adjust the tempo with the mouse wheel

I don't understand this question, because everything in OpenMPT is synced to the same internal clock, so I have a feeling you are talking about something specific here.

it is rather a problem with my bad english or google translation ... ^ ^
I just want to "pitch / tempo lock" for all instruments in one time.
not one by one.

Not each instrument has to be adjustested one by one.
