where can I get chiptune samples to import into modplug, I need samples that are in a song like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZaPPBRyV5aU

Saga Musix

For example from the song you just posted.
Chiptune samples are easy to create using the tools provided in OpenMPT. Use the sample drawing tools to create square, saw and triangle waves; Chiptune drums can be made by downsampling normal drum samples. If you are too lazy to make your own samples, you can copy them from existing chiptunes (but give credits where credits are due). We also have a chiptune sample torrent at ModArchive which might provide some nice samples.

There are a lot of great chiptune VSTs here: http://www.tweakbench.com/

They're really good for their presets.
