[Album] [Experimental] Holidays in Gstaad (mp3)

Well, as I am new to trackers I cannot share some tracking music yet, but I would like to share with you a couple of free experimental music albums. I will upload one in this post and the other in a separate post.

The first album is "Vacaciones en Gstaad" (Spanish for "Holidays in Gstaad") recorded with my son Franco and released by the end of 2010, under the group name of Gstaad Basset Hounds. The album features five tracks.

Track one The Quest

Long piece. Noisy background. Alto sax, calrinet, electric and spanish guitar, tape recorder, Mixere, Re-birth, distorted voices.

Track two Vacaciones en Gstaad

Quiet breaks, guitar, synth strings and synth winds, alto sax, and a yodl part from freesound.org (by created by LG).

Track three Datiles y Dromedarios

Re-birth, alto sax, Spanish guitar drastically processed, theremin like synthesizer.

Track four Blue Monk

Bluesy version of thelonius Monk classic, mainly guitar and electic guitar

Track five Ovnis en la Noche de Fez al Bali

Arabic flavoured scales, alto sax, electric guitar, game boy software, synths, melodica and one of my first experiences with trackers (Psycle)
