Notes as i'm listening:

Interesting timbres and unusual pan settings (everything is weighted to the left, then over time ends up on the right). The beginning starts out like an intro track to a classic Yes song, which, for those old enough to know, they tended to be a little freeform.

The sonorities seem to amble about until they find themselves lost in their own reverb, and one gets the distinct feeling they're trying to break out of the disharmony, into the terra where a rhythm can be established and melodies can be enunciated. The self-inflicted headache subsides, but the instruments are left wondering and wandering. The distorted EG seems to take the lead but it offers little direction, so the undistorted guitars try to set up the time rules with something of a rhythmic motif. There our wandering tones disappear over the horizon...
