Maybe a bit too cheerful for my personal taste but nevertheless a nice and enjoyable piece.

Thanks, guys. Just a little knickknack for the mantle...

Yeah, Eagle, game shows from the 70s were all so quaint and cheerful!! :P

TheEagle

Um, yes, maybe.
I was a child in the 70s and I really don't remember game shows from that time...

Great stuff. Listening for the second time as I'm writing. The way the hi-hat is accentuated fits nicely. The change of rhythm around the middle of the song is refreshing, and the new beat itself is very groovy. I am not quite sure what goes on bass-wise, yet it is enjoyable. The beginning sounds like a riff suggesting a major tonality (the other instruments don't necessarily follow the suggestion, and this works very good here, renders the music potentially more interesting), then the mood alters too with the mentioned groove change. I'm very impressed by the leads in this track. Uninspired towards the end, I think Harbinger wrote on the Soonlabel site? Well, I disagree. I didn't react negatively to anything particularly. I might edit this post if I react to anything during future listens, but I wouldn't expect very much.

Oh, come-on!  Match Game '77 or Password...Let's Make a Deal...the Gong Show! Classics indeed! Especially Match Game with host Gene Rayburn! :P

I browsed for additional uploads, and found some, but the download server is obviously down. Will it work soon? If not, are these other songs, or will they be, uploaded elsewhere? I really liked the one track I've checked so far via the SoOn site.

Can I ask what are you talking about?

If that is the case, many of the songs seem to be lost. I tried to find some songs from different composers that were presented and hosted here within  the last six months.
I've found nothing...

the most likely scenario is that those songs were not backed up.

It is not as easy backing up off of the internet as it is from your own computer.

And I look at this as being a glass half full, not half empty. Lots of songs were saved.

Yes, indeed.
To avoid misunderstandings: my posting was just a statement and not a reproach...

I liked this Harbinger track, so I decided to look for additional uploads, but all relevant download links (in Free Downloads section) seemed dead. I'll check soonlabel.com/music.

what is this free downloads section?

I'm thinking it is not my site...
