My wrong here, it's not obsolete meaning that MS is still supporting it for legacy software. But if you were to write a new program for windows, it's not the best option.

My feeling is, as long as MPT is not obsolete, then neither is its operating language. For this reason i will be studying MFC objects and methods. After all, i'm not trying to stay on the cutting edge... :wink:

Off course it is important to know about MFC and how to use it, but if you're working with a new dialog box or something, using QT or WPF would be much easier for you.
