Perhaps [as a jokeful answer], an alpha release of an alpha release [perhaps] of Windows Vienna (See www.windowsvienna.com for details on next generation Windows) and Office 14 (Office 2007's successor) (?)! For a guess of the options provided, perhaps you are like me and would like to put the 64-bit version of Vista on the computer, but due to a possible lack of drivers for your devices, you stuck with the 32-bit version. Perhaps you run a business and need constant safekeeping of your software so you installed Vista Ultimate. So, I am going with C. Windows Vista [Ultimate].

What is the latest thing I did with my pc?

A. I installed a GFX card and a Powersupply
B. I changed the GFX card with another one
C. Changed my soundcard
D. Brought my pc to a store to get repaired

Yeah thats correct :)

First I did A, but things aren't working smoothly, so I changed it back to my old GFX card to see if that made any difference.

I'm going to get my pc to a store today.
