Pelya is right. BTW, LPChip, Link is in that game (as well as Zelda, her alternate form, Sheik and Ganonodorf) and Princess Daisy is not a separate character. You have to change Peach's costume to look like Daisy's. So, did I have anyone stumped besides LPChip? Was anyone else surprised by the fact that I actually made a question in which Daisy was an incorrect answer?

pelya

The most random guess gave me more result than all my logical conclusions   :) not surprising though  . So it's my turn now, hehe.

Which household device am I planning to buy?
A. Ice-cream freezer
B. Sewing machine
C. Vacuum cleaner
D. Electric drill
E. New videocard (obviously wrong answer, but someone will guess that anyway :) )

Quote from: "KrazyKatz"Yah, It reminds me of MAD magazine where the farm guys are playing music on a broom with string, a clothes cleaner, a jug until the angry house wife comes and takes all her cleaning stuff.

If I looked at that right, the only option left is the sewing machine. If that is the case, then I will guess the sewing machine.

pelya

Correct answer is B. RWP wins!
Videocard is not a household device :)
Ice-cream freezer is the least used kitchen device by some polls (I couldn't find a link though).
I already have the drill and the vacuum cleaner.
And now I should convince my mom that we really REALLY need that sewing machine :) .

RWP didn't respond for quite a while now... should someone else take the next question?

That's true. I think that I forgot and I had not seen any new messages for a long time (until today), so I had not thought about it.

I recently played Bookworm (by PopCap Games) and made an "expensive" word. What word was it and how much was it worth?

A. Weird - 600 points
B. Odd - 400 points
C. Wodd - 0 points
D. Daisy - 2,170 points

I bet that everyone knows the answer to this one!

I'm gonna say "Wodd", because it's odd, and expensive in that you didn't get any points for it... Dictionary.com doesn't recognise it. =P

My first reaction would be Daisy, but I wonder if thats a valid word. Weird is a long word would therefor be the most points.

Yet, its already taken, so I'm going for:

B. Odd - 400 points

Your first instinct is right, LPChip, unfortunately, Jojo gets the point because he guessed the anwer before you did. Whether it is a word or not would depend on the context. In the case of Princess Daisy, it would be a proper noun, and, therefore, not an acceptable word (as Bookworm does not accept proper nouns). However, in the case of the flower (and a common noun), it would be a valid word.
