Certainly something I'd like more of. Suitable as, among other things, a little different background music. I noticed some details which triggered my curiosity with regards to the manner in which some sounds are created, but I'd have to listen again in order to be more specific.

most of the sounds were created real time by twirling the knobs on my synth.



Right now I'm really lucky - for the first time in my life I have a whole bunch of quality tools.

I have still not listened to all the additional guitar tracks you mentioned after I asked about more guitar based music, so maybe I'll come across something there, but anyway: Do you have much modal material stored? Which mode are you most familiar with?

I don't necessarily stick to a mode - minor, major, phyrgian, dorian, lydian, mixolydian or otherwise.  Do I start here and there yes - but I don't remember a piece as - oh yeah - D lydian. So... I don't know.  And I have hundreds of pieces.

If you want strictly modal music look into Renaissance and Gothic music.
