I composed a song for a friend's movie project. It was just guitar, bass, and drum loops. Later on I asked Norm Harris (percussion) and Kimmo Männikkö (drum kit)to do their thing, and I added horns and piano.

Seagull acoustic, Fender Mustang, Roland GR-20 M-Audio 88es and lots of percussion.  Sonar 8.5, Cakewalk's True Piano - sonitus effects and Vocal Strip V-64

Just wanted to say that this could fit into some movie, and noticed that it is already :D
Very good, but needs some more thorough mixing, though I can't say in particular, so it's not a picking :D
Maybe Norm's percussions could be stereoized more?

Tuh.. This one is just too easy to listen to.

Should we call it "Mainstream Pop" then? It is good nevertheless :D

Thanks for the listen and comments

Well - the intent - and the challenge actually - was to write something happy and mainstream which is not something I normally do. That is something my wife wishes I'd do more of actually :-)

The request was to come up with something happy like "all together now" by the Beatles. Of course this one sounds nothing like that song but still has a happy mood.

This song didn't make it into the movie actually - there was a second even happier one that did.

this is the one that made the cut and is happier yet.

And actually was used in this format - just better drums.
