Ok,

Here is a collection of 3 using z3ta+ under a pseudonym "charlie"

22 notes per octave

This piece was composed using that tuning. It is repeated at various tempi and once reversed,

Then I used the z3ta+ supplied indian_d.scl and ran the same midi file through to VSTi

Then I set the VSTi to 12 equal and turned on adaptive tuning at 100% and ran the same midi file again. This should be like "just intonation"

People here will probably like this on the best

Not a great composition but this is fun to do.

well count me out, your first (daily20081121b.mp3) song piece has amazing melody, and good after-reverbing sound, i like that one the most. Feels great.

The third piece (daily20081126j12adap.mp3) comes after it, it has a calming effect, but the with the second piece (daily20081126indiand.mp3) something just don't feels right to me. ::) Maybe our brains don't always work similar, so i'm just getting all the time that "this note after that doesn't really sounds good" feeling.
I'm as calm as a synth without a player.  (Sam_Zen)

thanks for the listen!!

what you are saying makes sense if you take into consideration that I wrote the first one (version b) in that tuning. The other two were simply experiments with little effort involved but they sounded interesting to me and provide contrast.

z3ta+ is a nice softsynth - except for the echo at the very end this is the VSTi's native sound with nothing else added.

The first file is incorrect and is another piece from the two others. I had a typo.

Ok, again I apologize.

Since people liked the song - here is the 12-tet song what I'm trying to improve on:

http://clones.soonlabel.com/mp3/leaf-g.mp3

It was originally a piano piece written in cakewalk pro audio and the resulting midi translated to a music module. From there I changed to a guitar sample and made appropriate guitar - like changes to the execution.

The file I meant to post that IS 22 edo is

I messed up in my copy and past. I apologize.
