I've added this file to my online archive, and it contains samples of the band Living Colour.

I like it actually.

Many dis the mod sound which this has.

I think it is unique - no need to be real.

I understand about the poor mod sound.

Let me add that all these tracker-files, mods and xms, are meant to be the bare material of the work.
If I would decide to include it on an album, I don't make the final thing with MPT (since not using plugins).

Normal procedure would be to export single channels, or groups of channels, to a WAV-file.
And load them in my multitrack mixer/editor, with all its effects, to make a quad, or a stereo production.

I wasn't talking about production

It is the way the transpositions affect the sound - I like it

Now you're talking. Because it concerns the coding in the patterns, more than the final result.

That's the thing - some people think realism is a requirement, I just hear another sound to use.

Of course, if you want real - this is a problem to be solved and VSTi sample sets do a lot to solve it.

Nothing else sounds like the early mods (lots more than this) and I like it.
