.48 Show Row Play Time does not work proplerly...

OpenMPT v1.17.02.48

Has the bug occured in previous versions? If yes, please specify version(s): (This option is optional, and doesn't need research. But in case you know...)

Description of the bug:
If you want to know the row play time of the first row after a "+++" pattern (placeholder), MODPlug says that this row is not played during the song. It works with any other rows in the same pattern
