that was my first impression too, at least during the 1st minute or so. but i think it's just because it's an usual structure - pretty good track!

I don't see anything wrong with the drums here except a couple off beats - with I can certainly be accused of myself.

The idea was to start with an accelerondo - and that is not easy to coordinate.

I think the beginning has drums which are off beat. Sometimes the drums are off beat in a cute way, here I was just confused. As it moves on, it becomes alright.
