.52 Creating new tunes: Better default values needed

The default values of freshly created modules are not really suitable for all file formats:

MOD:
- Default number of channels should be 4, not 8 - it's more common.
- Default panning scheme is wrong (should be LRRL)

S3M:
- Default number of channels should be 16, since that's the number of channels the original format supported.

EDIT: Better values are being used now.

Agreed. Never opened a new MOD, so never noticed that panning scheme, but it definitely should be LRRL..
