.48 Show Prev/Next Patterns doesn't work over '+++&

Has the bug occured in previous versions? If yes, please specify version(s):

Description of the bug:
When you have show prev/next patterns enabled, and the pattern following/before the current one is a "+++" (which I use for marking out sections), you can't see the pattern after/before the "+++".


How often does it happen?:
Constantly. =P

How to reproduce (step by step description):
1. Make a pattern with some stuff in it.
2. Make another pattern.
3. Put a "+++" between them.
4. You won't be able to see "over" the +++.

Now i have to get used to the new behaviour, i actually liked the old one, but this is surely useful, too
