Couple of problem areas...

First I cannot get a BTI instrument that is saved to reload anything once brought back in, no curves or settings or samples come back in... The BTI is usually a 11-13kb file but does diddly I have tried all kinda things but nothing works...

Probably not 'seeing' something...

The other - My 2009 version works fine as shows scrolling 'arrow ticks' in the menus on the module grid allowing scrolling off-screen menus back on... Trying later versions like 2013 & the latest 2015 I cannot scroll diddly, no ticks are there no matter what theme is used there is no 'clicking where they should be' that works...

I was thinking maybe it's because I am using XP but maybe not..

I don't care much about the last problem because my 2009 version works fine in that respect but is not available anywhere it seems the old versions are overwritten with newer ones... Was just curious if anybody else had similar issue...

eMails to Mr Rosseaux been going unanswered, BeRoTracker has no help file, text, changelog that comes with, nothing

Maybe use more up to date software that is still developed/supported? Hmmm I wonder where you might find said software? nope, can't think.

Yeah, Even currently developed software often still has problems... Don't care for OpenMPT it is strangely assembled probably too many developers going in different directions...

It also seems to be imbued with a 'Woke Malevolent Voodoo Sentience' that infects the user judging by responses on here which are hardly ever helpful...

IF you don't care about OpenMPT, then what are you even doing on its official forum?

Also woke voodoo sentience? Wtf, what are you smoking, dude? It's just a computer program... you're talking about nonexistent things.

I'm going to a football match tomorrow where I intend to stand up and cheer for my favourite tennis player. Just because I'm a windup merchant.

While it should be obvious that it is perfectly fine to discuss and ask for help with other trackers here - if what you wrote above is your attitude towards OpenMPT, I would also recommend that you find a different forum to ask your questions. There is no point in trying to participate in a community if you have zero intention of sharing what keeps the community together. I doubt you will find a more helpful place that will have actual answers about BeRoTracker though, it's not a particularly popular piece of software with expert users lurking in every corner.

- Your voodoo master and forum moderator, and also one of the two OpenMPT developers (that's 100% more than BeRoTracker, so that's clearly the problem).
» No support, bug reports, feature requests via private messages - they will not be answered. Use the forums and the issue tracker so that everyone can benefit from your post.
