LPK25 won't work with openmpt

I tried making it work with Open MPT But it just won't respond what so ever. Also any idea to get the note to jump from one line to the next when you enter notes. Its anoying having to enter the notes on top of the same notes again and again. I don't like to just do and post them one by one. I like them to move down so I can put more notes.

Did you go through the MIDI FAQ?

As for your second question, what you want is to change the "row spacing" in the pattern editor to 1.
