This is a few day work, just messing around with sweet dance melodies, some of which I really like - the bells for example.

There's nothing more to it, it's a simple 4/4 rhythm using dance sounds; nothing extra complicated or inventive. But still, I'm quite satisfied with the result.

Any feedback appreciated.

Enjoy!

I'm also quite satified with the song.
Nothing much there to say.

Notes as i'm listening:

Now there's an interesting intro! My first impression is the amazing resemblance to 80s dance music. Today's music is so much more sophisticated and complex that it makes this seem...well, amateurish. Like a project for electronic music class. In Europe.
But i see many good ideas at play here: changes in rhythmic structure while actually keeping the rhythm going, an attempt to break up simple samples with the use of portamento and vibrato, excellent use of instrumental progression. So obviously you have skills, but like so many others, there seems to be a lack of inspiration or at least development.

The song ending needs help though!

Thanks for listening and, as always, very thorough feedback.

I absolutely agree with the overall simplicity. This song wasn't meant to be very inventive or complicated. The goal was to make it sound nice to listen to. And I don't really mind simplicity if there are nice melodies.

I considered the ending fine at first, but now that you mention it....yes, it's kind of lacking.
