I'm not sure what will happen to movements 2,3 and 4 - they are not as inspired as the first movement.

battle is what the programmatic portion of the ELP Tarkus album is about.

the story is of a battle mech that wins until it is destroyed

also there are quite a lot of songs on tarkus - and one called tarkus I believe - so which one?

its one of my favorite albums.

Not quite sure, but I had in mind some bread&butter sound, just what you think MM should sound like :oops: Something like in Wendy Carlos' "Brandenbourg Concerto - Allegro" should be ok
But here's another thought (why I havent got it earlier?): ...drumroll... ... ....Hammond organ! :twisted:

Hammond is doable. The sustain pedal marks will have to be removed.
