The only thing worse than no inspiration with a looming deadline, is no inspiration without one.

This song is the result after many thrown away ideas. I'm quite fond of it. It has a nice integration of acoustic sounds with the electronic content. I feel the mix has a lot of depth to it by virtue of me trying out a some new approaches. I also went funky on ordinary samples to get some sounds I was looking for. Heres the result:

Quite pleasant.
It starts with the main drone sound of the song. It almost makes the impression of a didgeridoo.
But further along the song, when other instruments are playing as well, the change around the base filter frequency,
or the Q-factor, stays much too flat . Way along the rest of the song, or at least not used as emphasised moments.

@ Sam Zen. Had the Q filter idea, and it just stuck out too much when trying. Decided to keep it background.
