.48 MIDI Export does not recognize muted channels

OpenMPT v1.17.02.48

Has the bug occured in previous versions? If yes, please specify version(s): (This option is optional, and doesn't need research. But in case you know...)
not tested, but i guess so.


Description of the bug:
If you export a module as MID, muted channels will also be exported. This is not the expected behaviour.

How often does it happen?:
always

How to reproduce (step by step description):
Create a module. Write some notes in a channel and mute it. Export as midi. Listen.
