Forum upgraded

Hi all,

The forum software has been upgraded to the latest level. This should be transparent to most users, so let me know if you encounter any strangeness.
One known missing feature is the custom highlighting that LP had added for topic subjects matching certain patterns (e.g. in the bug report forum). I'm sure we'll be re-integrating that soon enough.

I'll do some coding this weekend and add the highlighting again. I might even make somekind of distinction for the requests forum, to show the status for different kind of states (like accepted, declined, pending, open, added, etc...

Small message for Rewbs: I will make a seperate phpfile with the instructions for this feature, so that you can tweak it yourself if desired.

Based on the few topics that has been unstickied and someone that mentioned that it might be a good idea to make a forum for those, I made the forum and moved a few topics to it.

As the forum became a bit cluttered, I've changed the layout a bit too (again:P)... The bug report and requests have been put in a new cathegory: Developments, and a new forum was made under OpenMPT called: Technical Documents.

To explain its purpose: if you have something that everyone can use: eg. a topic explaining everything about EQ's and that kind of material, post it in General Chatter, and a moderator will move it to Technical Documents if he/she feel it to be worth moving.
